Chocolate Eclair Cake

2 sm. pks instant vanilla pudding

3  1/2 c milk

8 oz Cool Whip

*Mix and layer in cake pan with graham crackers (leave top layer of graham crackers).

 

Frosting:

1  1/2 c sugar

3 T milk

1 T vanilla

5 T cocoa

2 T oil

*Mix and frost top immediately.

Important!:  Refrigerate cake at least 8 hours.
