I literally find this by typing “the best chicken marinade” into my search bar. But hey, I use it so much that I’m going to put it here. I don’t measure it anymore, though I do need reminders so I don’t forget an item. I marinate my chicken breast strips in a ziplock bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. These are great baked, and they are amazing, amazing, amazing grilled.
1/3 cup oil
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
3 Garlic Cloves minced or 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
